Erin joined Sandhills in 2013. She earned a Doctorate of Pharmacy from the University of South Carolina. Erin has over 10 years of pharmacy experience with a special interest in HIV.
Lindsay Frost, PharmD, RPh
Lindsay joined Sandhills in 2014. She graduated with a Doctorate of Pharmacy in 2013 from South University in Columbia, SC. Lindsay has always wanted to be a part of the healthcare field, and believes pharmacy has allowed her the opportunity to provide medications and education to better our patient’s health.
Stefanie Deese, RPh
Stefanie joined Sandhills in 2018.
Gale Fryer, RPh
Gale joined Sandhills in 2016. She is a graduate of the Medical University of South Carolina School of Pharmacy with over 30 years of pharmacy experience. Gale loves working for a community health center with a health team approach, bringing total care to patients in need. Her goals are to get to know our patients, helping them with medication management, and increase healthcare in our surrounding community.
Pam Youngblood, RPh
Pam rejoined Sandhills in 2016. She is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University College of Pharmacy with over 30 years of pharmacy experience. She enjoys patient counseling, particularly diabetes management. Pam works with patients and providers to optimize patient health and the patient’s understanding of medication therapy.
Amelia Milejczak, PharmD, RPh
Amelia joined Sandhills team in 2014. She graduated from South University with a Doctorate in Pharmacy. Her goals include playing an integral role in the health care team by contributing her pharmaceutical knowledge. She has and interest in both infectious disease and diabetes patient care.
Ter’a Graham, PharmD, RPh
T’era Graham will be the Pharmacist in Charge at the new Sandhills Medical Pharmacy in Kershaw, S.C. She attended the University of South Carolina and graduated with a Doctorate of Pharmacy from South University School of Pharmacy in Columbia, S.C. As a native of Rembert, S.C., she is excited about her transition from Greenville, S.C. back home, now being able to serve as a first line provider in the small town communities she grew up loving. She looks forward to getting to know the community, building relationships with her patients and providing a safe space for patients to discuss their medication management and healthy lifestyle concerns.
