William “Bill” Wagers, Chiropractor

Dr. William “Bill” Wagers joined the Sandhills Medical clinical team in 2022, bringing a remarkable 36 years of chiropractic expertise to our patients. A native South Carolinian, Dr. Wagers is dedicated to serving the communities of Lugoff and McBee, providing high-level musculoskeletal care and wellness solutions.

Dr. Wagers earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree with honors from Life Chiropractic College in Marietta, GA, following his undergraduate studies in biology at Winthrop College. Before joining our organization, he spent decades building a reputation for clinical excellence through his private practice in Camden. Today, he leverages that extensive experience to provide specialized adjustments and holistic health strategies for the Sandhills Medical patient base.

Personal Interests

A family man at heart, Dr. Wagers has been married for thirty-four years and enjoys spending time with his three children and grandchild. Outside of his clinical work in Lugoff and McBee, he is an avid woodworker, tennis player, and steward of his family farm.
