Free Language Assistance

Sandhills Medical provides language assistance services free of charge when necessary to provide meaningful access to individuals whose primary language is not English.
 
Available services may include qualified interpreters, oral interpretation, and translated written information.
 
To request language assistance, call 866.737.4031 or speak with a Sandhills Medical staff member.
 
There is no charge for language assistance services.

A grievance may be submitted in person, by mail, telephone, or email in accordance with Sandhills Medical Foundation’s grievance procedures.
 
If you need assistance filing a grievance because of a disability or limited English proficiency, assistance will be provided free of charge.
 
Filing a Civil Rights Complaint with HHS

You may also file a civil rights complaint with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office for Civil Rights (OCR) if you believe that you have been discriminated against.
